Our Story

Mother-Daughter Duo

After nearly 20 years of domestic and international experience, Vika chose to leave her role as a lead teacher at JCCSF to pursue her American dream of becoming a small business owner.

From a young age, Stacey aspired to follow in Vika’s footsteps. While studying at UC Davis, she explored phycology, sociology and early childhood development. However, it wasn’t until after gaining commercial acumen at Genentech and Walmart E-Commerce that she realized her true calling lay in working with children and the world of childcare.

We love what we do. The secret is always in the basics. From toys, rugs, posters, playground to the layout of the space, we designed our daycares with your children in mind. Curriculum and playtime is balanced based on your child's milestone and not just age.

At SF Childcare, we believe that similar to the foundation of a home, healthy and nutritious food is essential during a child's early developmental years. That’s why we provide well-balanced, organic meals, fresh fruits, and nutritious snacks that align with the CACFP of San Francisco guidelines. Vika has a passion for cooking, and families love it — healthy meals are the second most praised aspect in our reviews!

Our daycare and preschool programs are led with intention, heart, and a deep respect for early childhood education. All locations are personally run by Vika and Stacey, ensuring consistency, high standards, and a warm, family-centered environment across every school. Their hands-on involvement allows each location to feel connected, supported, and thoughtfully guided.

At every location, we are proud to have a dedicated team of experienced lead teachers and teachers who are caring, loving, and responsible. Our educators truly understand the importance of early childhood development and are passionate about nurturing each child’s emotional, social, and cognitive growth. Learning in our classrooms is play-based, allowing children to explore, create, and discover while building essential skills in a joyful and meaningful way.
